I’m Savannah;

the heart and hands behind Savannah Chavez Studio. I’ve been drawing and mindlessly doodling since late high school, and picked up oil paint for the first time in my undergrad art program (the one I said years before that I would never enroll in). In recent years, I’ve expanded into graphic design and digital creativity as well (something I also swore I’d never do because of how much I hated graphic design in college). Needless to say, I’ve found real delight in diving into the unexpected!

I’m most fascinated with portraiture, the urban landscape of fashion and food, and figuring out the experience of motherhood, creativity and spirituality. Overall, I’m just obsessed with getting my hands dirty to make things that remind you how simple things make up your beautiful life.
